Usually, the packaging and shipping charge is calculated as Rs.100 for each order and thereafter it increases by Rs.10 per product. For Aqua farm products like fishes and live aquarium plants the packaging and shipping charge will starts from Rs.100 in Kerala region, and in outside Kerala the charges will be starting at Rs.190. and thereafter it increases by Rs.49 per product, the packing charge will also increases by Rs.10 respectively. Depending upon availability of courier service at your location, and distance this amount can vary. Live aquarium plants outside Kerala shipping charges will starts at Rs.175 and thereafter it will increase by Rs.25 per product.
We are now inassociation with Shipping partners so that we are now delivering orders through Shree Maruti courier, Professional Courier, Bluedart, DTDC etc. Usually the shipments will take at least 3-4 days from the order shipment date to reach the destination. The order will not processed on the same date of order, it will take atleast 2 days, due to quaratine and conditioning the fishes for long travel.

Change in Refund Policy from June 1, 2021
Only Partial Refund for DOA (Death On Arrival).
*Shipping charges and packing charges will not be refunded upon Dead On Arrival.
*No refund for Tetra varieties.
*Only 50% refund for costly farm products like arowana, and other exotic variety fishes.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we will provide a refund of 50%. Death on Arrival usually happens due to the change in climatic conditions traveling from state to states.
Please Note the following Informations:
1.No resend options will available for Discounted/Coupon Orders. And the refund amount will be calculated from the discount.
2.No shipping charge or packing charges will be refunded while dead on arrival of discounted orders.
3.If any case of out of stock items, we will refund fully.
4.if any DOA (dead on arrival) kindly share the video/photo within 2hrs. Otherwise we will neither refund nor resend.
5.Refunds will be initiated within 72-96 hours of the refund request being received through whatsapp.
6.No Dead fish claims will be entertained if the fish was not dead in the bag.
7. In case of cancellation or Out of stock refund, the payment gateway will take 2% commission. So the amount credited into your account will be 2% lesser amount than your actual payment
If paid by credit card or debit cards or any other online payment, we are collecting payment through our dedicated and safest payment gateway services and the refunds will be issued to the original credit card/bank account provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
